Manchester United have booked their spot in the Carabao Cup fourth round after they comfortably swept aside League One outfit Barnsley at Old Trafford on Tuesday.
Marcus Rashford fired United into the lead with some brilliant footwork and then a thumping finish, giving his side the perfect start at home.
United then doubled their lead from the penalty spot 10 minutes before the break after Antony was brought down inside the area by Barnsley goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina.
Antony, who was given his first start of the season by Ten Hag for the game, stepped up to convert the penalty himself, smashing the ball past Slonina with a stutter-step run-up.
Then, with one of the last kicks of the first half, Garnacho netted a third, prodding home after latching onto a Rashford pass with the two combining once again to cap off a brilliant first 45 minutes.
It only took four minutes into the second half for Garnacho to get his brace, with the Argentinian bursting through before calming slotting past Slonina in net.
Garnacho then turned provider again for Rashford nine minutes later, with the England international scoring his 16th League Cup goal of his career and making it 5-0 before the hour mark.
Christian Eriksen then made it six goals on the night with a solid finish courtesy of an assist from second-half substitute Bruno Fernandes.
Fernandes and Eriksen linked up once again to secure one of the biggest ever League Cup wins, as the Dane smashed in his second of the night, joining Rashford and Garnacho in scoring twice at Old Trafford.
