A furious Jose Mourinho stormed out of an interview at the weekend after Fenerbahce were beaten by arch-rivals Galatasaray.
Mourinho, 61, took over the Turkish giants in the summer and has enjoyed an impressive start in Istanbul, with Fenerbahce winning four of their first five Super Lig games in the run-up to Saturday’s crunch clash.
However, his side endured a disastrous evening as they went 3-0 down, before Edin Dzeko netted a consolation goal as they lost 3-1.
It could prove to be a particularly pivotal result for Mourinho after Fenerbahce failed to win the league last season despite picking up an astonishing 99 points.
And, following the defeat by Galatasaray, Mourinho was left furious, with the 61-year-old reportedly refusing to attend his post-match press conference, before he was involved in another stand-off with a reporter in the mixed zone.

As he attempted to exit the Ulker Stadium, he stopped to chat with a journalist who had asked him a question.
However, the journalist proceeded to mock Mourinho by showing him a post that Galatasaray’s official Instagram account had shared after the game.
The club posted a book with Mourinho’s face on the cover, with tears running down from his eyes.
It had the title ‘The Crying One’, which was a play on the former Chelsea boss’ nickname of ‘The Special One’.
The blurb of the book referred to him as a ‘master of crying’, with Galatasaray captioning the post with: ‘Now available in shops near Kadikoy’, the district where Fenerbahce are based.
The reporter showed Mourinho the post and asked for a statement, something that unsurprisingly infuriated the 61-year-old.
Mourinho replied: ‘Who are you?,’ before he said: ‘Are you serious, are you kidding?’, as he repeated his words.
The reporter seemed unaffected and persisted, leading to Mourinho walking away as he said: ‘Sorry, I can’t talk.’

They return to action on Thursday when they face Union Saint-Gilloise in their opening Europa League game, with Mourinho set to come up against his former club Manchester United next month in another League phase clash.
