But it is understood that Pogba is likely to continue his career away from Juve with the expectation that he will reach a mutual agreement with the Turin club to cut his contract, which expires in June 2026, short.

Once his release has been confirmed, Pogba will focus on finding a new club.

Despite the heartache of his drugs ban, Pogba continues to love the game and is determined to get his playing days back on track.

The previous 12 months has been tough emotionally for the 31-year-old and there is a feeling that a clean break from would be beneficial.

Pogba plans to watch the France national team during the international break and is eager to reconnect with head coach Didier Deschamps, who has been a pillar of strength to the midfielder during his ordeal.

The former Manchester United man isn’t giving up in his international career and will work hard to play for France again.

The France Football Federation have been supportive of Pogba during his suspension and posted a video of him in the team’s famous colours to reinforce their backing.

CAS will officially announce their verdict from Pogba’s appeal on Monday.
